Now you have the rare opportunity to become a member of one of the nation’s leading bipartisan politics institutes. As a Friend of the Dole Institute, you will join in Senate Bob Dole’s vision of promote historical scholarship, encourage civil public debate, shape public policy and promote the genius of American democracy.
During Dole’s formidable career as a U.S. congressman, senator, senate Republican leader and presidential candidate, he was a leader in promoting bipartisan politics. He believed that strong convictions must co-exist with mutual respect, that what unites us as American patriots is greater than what divides us. Support the Dole Institute by purchasing a personalized brick that will be placed in the entrance walkway as you enter the Institute. Prior to the Institute's 2003 Dedication, many bricks were initially donated in memory of World War II veterans. Now bricks are being ordered to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, friendships and more. Our walkway continues to grow.
