Lori returned to the Dole Institute in 2007 to launch the Friends of the Dole Institute. With more than 350 active members, the Friends organization works with the Director and staff to promote programs and events, encourage involvement, and provide annual financial support of the Dole Institute. Lori is a fifth-generation Kansan who served in the Kansas House of Representatives in the early ‘90s. She enjoys the variety of Dole Institute speakers and their distinct opinions and varied backgrounds. She has been involved in politics, fundraising, marketing and advocacy her entire career.
