Maggie joined the Dole Institute of Politics in 2009 as the Associate Development Director at the Kansas University Endowment Association (KUEA). Her responsibilities include coordinating fundraising activities and serving as a liaison between the Dole Institute and KUEA.
Previously, Maggie served as the Manager of Federal Government and Industry Relations at Cerner Corporation. She also has an extensive policy and political background, including serving as Director of Aviation Security Policy at The White House Homeland Security Council for President George W. Bush and working to establish the Department of Homeland Security. A Kansas native, Maggie is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the United States Naval War College.
In her spare time, Maggie is on the Board of Charlie’s Safe Haven, has completed multiple marathons, and enjoys playing golf. She currently resides in Lenexa with her husband Tom.
