Robert joined the Dole Institute in 2008 to assist with the archiving of the Dole Congressional papers. Robert holds a BA and MA in history from Louisiana Tech University where he focused on the early Cold War and U.S. foreign relations. Previously, Robert was an archivist at Louisiana State University working with the Congressional papers of U.S. Senator John B. Breaux. He has also served as an archivist at the Louisiana Tech Department of Special Collections, Manuscripts, and Archives. Robert is a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society, Inc. and the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations. In addition, Robert enjoys the outdoors and bad movies.
